Alphonse Group

The Alphonse Group is made up of three islands – Alphonse, Saint-Francois and Bijoutier, which lie approximately 400km southwest of Mahé.

Alphonse

Alphonse is the main island of the Alphonse Group.  It is 1.7km² with a large shallow lagoon and triangular in shape. In 1999, the Alphonse Island Resort was built and offers a remote, luxury holiday destination with excellent diving spots and fly fishing opportunities.
